Annwyl Deuluoedd,

Mae’n anodd credu bod 12 wythnos wedi bod! Rydym yn mynd i golli eich plant pob dydd yn yr uned!

Uchafbwyntiau Amser Ein Plant yng Ngharreg Lam

Yn ystod yr wythnos olaf, rydym wedi cael cyfle gwych i adolygu. Roedd y plant wedi mwynhau edrych ar fap o’r ardal leol a’i labeli. Defnyddiodd y plant cyfesurynnau er mwyn disgrifio ble mae’r siop, meysydd parcio, tai, ysgol, coed a llawer mwy. Roedd hefyd cyfle i ymarfer sgiliau tynnu a chyfri trwy ddefnyddio sgwariau 100.

Yng nghanol yr wythnos roedd y plant wedi defnyddio ansoddeiriau er mwyn disgrifio pa anifail oedd yn wahanol. Roedd e’n braf clywed plant yn hyderus yn esbonio pam ac yn defnyddio ansoddeiriau yn ystod y dasg yma. Roedd cyfle i’r plant arddangos eu dealltwriaeth ymhellach a gwrando yn ofalus ar ddisgrifiad er mwyn dylunio anifail.

Roedd y plant wedi mwynhau ail-ymweld â thema'r feddygfa hefyd yr wythnos hon. Roedd y plant wedi trin ei gilydd a disgrifio beth oedd yn bod yn y feddygfa. Roedd lapio ei gilydd mewn rhywun yn hwyl hefyd.

Mae nifer iawn o uchafbwyntiau ers i’r plant dechrau gyda ni ar ôl y Pasg. Hoff atgof Mrs. Soper i oedd gweld a chlywed y plant yn trafod diwrnod golch Beti Bwt ar ôl trip i Sain Ffagan. ‘’Lan a lawr, troi a throi’.

Dyma beth ddywedodd y plant am eu hoff atgofion:

Mali- Fy hoff atgof yw mynd i'r caffi. Yfais siocled poeth gyda malws melys.

Siân- Fy hoff atgof yw'r parc achos roedd chwyrligwgan yn mynd rownd a rownd yn gyflym.

Stephen - Fy hoff atgof yw mynd i'r parc a dringo lan y ffrâm ddringo a llithro i lawr yn gyflym.

Harvey - Fy hoff atgof yw mynd i'r parc achos rwy'n hoffi mynd ar y chwyrligwgan a dringo.

Bailey- Fy hoff atgof yw mynd i'r caffi achos yfais i ysgytlaeth gyda malws melys.

Sienna - Fy hoff atgof i yw mynd bowlio achos ces i streic a ches i ddiod.

Seren - Fy hoff atgof yw chwarae'r feddygfa achos fi oedd y claf ac roedd ffrindiau yn edrych ar ôl fi.

Willow - Fy hoff atgof i yw yfed siocled poeth.

Miss Stokes - Fy hoff atgof i oedd ymweld a Sain Ffagan achos rydw i wedi dysgu sut i olchi dillad gyda'r plant yn nulliau amser maith yn ôl.

A dyna ni! Mae amser y plant yng Ngharreg Lam wedi dod i ben. Hoffwn ddiolch o galon i’r plant ac i chi fel teuluoedd am eich ymroddiad a brwdfrydedd. Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at gefnogi’r plant dros y misoedd nesaf yn eu dosbarthiadau prif-ffrwd.

It's hard to believe that there 12 weeks has gone by! We are going to miss your children every day in the centre!

Highlights of Our Children’s Time at Carreg Lam

During the last week, we have had a great opportunity to review. The children enjoyed looking at a map of the local area and labelling it. The children used coordinates to describe where the shop, car parks, housing, school, trees and much more. There was also an opportunity to practice drawing and counting skills using 100 squares.

In the middle of the week the children had used adjectives to describe which animal was different. It was great to hear children confidently explain why and use adjectives during this task. The children had the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding further and listen carefully to a description for the design of an animal.

The children also enjoyed revisiting the surgery theme this week. The children had treated each other and described what was wrong at the surgery. Wrapping each other in someone was fun too.

It is a very number of highlights since the children started with us after Easter. Mrs. Soper’s favourite memory was to see and hear the children discuss Beti Bwt Wash Day after their day trip to St Fagans. Here's what the children said about their favourite memories:

Mali- My favourite memory is when we went to the café. I drank hot chocolate with marshmallows.

Siân- My favourite memory is the park because the spinner went round and round quickly.

Stephen - My favourite memory is when we went to the park and climbed up the climbing frame and slide down quickly.

Harvey - My favourite memory is when we went to the park because I like to go on the spinner and climb.

Bailey- My favourite memory is when we went to the café because I drank milkshake with marshmallows.

Sienna - My favourite memory is when we went bowling because I got a strike and I had a drink.

Seren - My favourite memory is when we were playing the surgery because I was the patient and friends looked after me.

Willow - My favourite memory is when we drank hot chocolate.

Miss Stokes - My favorite memory was visiting St Fagans because I learned how to wash clothes with the children in the ways of a long time ago.

And that's a wrap, the children's time at Carreg Lam has come to an end. We would like to thank the children and you as families for your dedication and enthusiasm. We look forward to supporting the children over the coming months in their main-stream classes.
