Annwyl Deuluoedd,

Mae’n anodd credu bod 12 wythnos wedi bod! Rydym yn mynd i golli eich plant pob dydd yn yr uned!

Uchafbwyntiau Amser Ein Plant yng Ngharreg Lam

A dyna ni! Mae amser y plant yng Ngharreg Lam wedi dod i ben. Hoffwn ddiolch o galon i’r plant ac i chi fel teuluoedd am eich ymroddiad a brwdfrydedd. Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at gefnogi’r plant dros y misoedd nesaf yn eu dosbarthiadau prif-ffrwd.

Yn ystod yr wythnos olaf, rydym wedi cael cyfle gwych i adolygu. Mae'r plant wedi mwynhau ymarfer cyfri a darllen rhifau trwy chwarae'r em nadroedd ac ysgolion. Roedd y plant gwir wedi mwynhau chwarae'r nadroedd ac ysgolion enfawr. Arbrofodd y plant gyda dillad sy'n rhy fach ac yn rhy fawr hefyd. Cafon nhw llawer iawn o hwyl wrth wisgo amryw o ddillad. I ddathlu datblygiad y plant ar eu diwrnodau olaf, cafon nhw amser i chwarae rôl yn y feddygfa ac yn y caffi. Roedd y plant llawn cyffro a chlywon ni llawer o Gymraeg. I orffen cafodd y plant cyfle i ddefnyddio'r iaith yn naturiol wrth chwarae amryw o gemau bwrdd. Roedd y plant yn gystadleuol iawn ac roedd pawb gwir wedi mwynhau.

Mae nifer iawn o uchafbwyntiau ers i’r plant dechrau gyda ni ym mis Medi. Hoff atgof Mrs. Soper i oedd gweld cyffro'r plant ar bob trip a deall bod yr iaith yn gallu pontio tu hwnt i waliau Carreg Lam. Hoff atgof Miss Stokes oedd cwrdd â phlant newydd a gweld hyder y plant yn datblygu wrth ddefnyddio'r iaith.

Dyma beth ddywedodd y plant am eu hoff atgofion: 

Ryland - Fy hoff atgof i oedd mynd i'r caffi achos ces i siocled poeth a mynd i'r parc achos rydw i wedi chwarae ar y siglen a chwyrligwgan.

Aliyah - Fy hoff atgof i yw Sain Ffagan achos dwi wedi dysgu sut i olchi dillad gyda Beti Bwt.

Beau - Fy hoff atgof i yw chwarae 'Guess Who' achos fi pob tro yn ennill.

Marley- Fy hoff atgof i yw bowlio achos dwi wedi ennill

Noah- Fy hoff atgof i yw mynd i'r parc achos ni wedi chwarae ar y siglen a llithren a ffrâm ddringo.

Lexi- Fy hoff atgof i yw bowlio achos rydw i wedi chwarae gyda ffrindiau a Faith

Solomon- Fy hoff atgof i yw bowlio achos mae'n hwyl a mynd i Ddŵr Cymru a dysgu am insects.

Dear Families,

It's hard to believe that there 12 weeks has gone by! We are going to miss your children every day in the centre!

Highlights of Our Children’s Time at Carreg Lam

During the last week, we have had a great opportunity to review. The children have enjoyed practicing counting and reading numbers by playing the snakes and ladders puzzle. The children really enjoyed playing with the snakes and huge ladders. The children also experimented with clothes that are too small and too big. They had a lot of fun wearing various clothes. To celebrate the children's development on their last days, they had time to play a role in the surgery and in the cafe. The children were very excited and we heard a lot of Welsh. To finish the children had the opportunity to use the language naturally while playing various board games. The children were very competitive and everyone really enjoyed it.

There have been many highlights since the children started with us in September. Favourite memory of Mrs. It was great to see the excitement of the children on each trip and to understand that the language can bridge beyond the walls of Carreg Lam. Miss Stokes' favourite memory was meeting new children and seeing the children's confidence develop when using the language.

Here's what the children said about their favourite memories:

Ryland - My favourite memory was going to the cafe because I got a hot chocolate and going to the park because I played on the swing and whirligig.

Aliyah - My favourite memory is St Fagan’s because I learned how to wash clothes with Beti Bwt.

Beau - My favourite memory is playing 'Guess Who' because I win every time.

Marley- My favourite memory is bowling because I won

Noah- My favourite memory is going to the park because we played on the swing and slide and climbing frame.

Lexi- My favourited memory is bowling because I have played with friends and Faith

Solomon- My favourited memory is bowling because it's fun and going to Dŵr Cymru and learning about insects.

And that's a wrap, the children's time at Carreg Lam has come to an end. We would like to thank the children and you as families for your dedication and enthusiasm. We look forward to supporting the children over the coming months in their main-stream classes.
