Annwyl Deuluoedd,

Mae’n anodd credu bod 12 wythnos wedi bod! Rydym yn mynd i golli eich plant pob dydd yn yr uned!

Uchafbwyntiau Amser Ein Plant yng Ngharreg Lam

A dyna ni! Mae amser y plant yng Ngharreg Lam wedi dod i ben. Hoffwn ddiolch o galon i’r plant ac i chi fel teuluoedd am eich ymroddiad a brwdfrydedd. Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at gefnogi’r plant dros y misoedd nesaf yn eu dosbarthiadau prif ffrwd. I ddechrau'r wythnos roedd cyfle i'r plant ail-ymweld gyda'r thema'r synhwyrau a'r tymhorau. Roedd y plant wedi mwynhau cyfle i baentio'r dail ar y coed a disgrifio beth sydd yn digwydd i'r dail yn ystod pop tymor. Roedd defnyddio'r pwll o beli hefyd yn hwylus er mwyn chwilio am odrifau ac eilrifau. Ar ddiwrnod olaf y plant, roedd y plant wedi mwynhau sesiwn creu llyfr sy'n dathlu ei chyraeddiadau ieithyddol ac roedd cyfle i ddylunio anifail diddorol hefyd. Roedd y plant i gyd wedi mwynhau.

Mae nifer iawn o uchafbwyntiau ers i’r plant dechrau gyda ni ym mis Medi. Hoff atgof Mrs. Soper i oedd gweld cyffro'r plant ar bob trip a deall bod yr iaith yn gallu pontio tu hwnt i waliau Carreg Lam. Hoff atgof Miss Stokes oedd cwrdd â phlant newydd a gweld hyder y plant yn datblygu wrth ddefnyddio'r iaith.

Dyma beth ddywedodd y plant am eu hoff atgofion: 

Lailah - Fy hoff atgof i yw Dŵr Cymru achos chwiliais am anifeiliaid yn y dŵr.

Frenchiee- Fy hoff atgof i yw anifeiliaid yng Nghymru achos dysgais i am anifeiliaid gwahanol

Scarlett- Fy hoff atgof i yw Dŵr Cymru achos dysgais i am anifeiliaid newydd

Dominykas- Fy hoff atgof yw  cyfarfod â phobl newydd a gwneud ffrindiau newydd

Daisy- Fy hoff atgof i yw thema'r golchdy achos rydw i wedi gweld Beti Bwt yn golchi dillad

Theo- Fy hoff atgof i yw'r parc achos es i ar y siglen

Ethan- Fy hoff atgof i yw'r feddygfa achos mae nyrs yn helpu

Ivor- Fy hoff atgof i yw mynd i'r caffi achos yfais siocled poeth

Jago- Fy hoff atgof i yw pan flasais i siocled, malws melys a losin

Cali- Fy hoff atgof i yw'r caffi achos blasais i siocled poeth gyda malws melys

Tiana- Fy hoff atgof i yw'r parc achos es i ar y siglen

Hoffwn ddiolch o galon i’r plant ac i chi fel teuluoedd am eich ymroddiad a brwdfrydedd. Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at gefnogi’r plant dros y misoedd nesaf yn eu dosbarthiadau prif-ffrwd.

It's hard to believe that there 12 weeks has gone by! We are going to miss your children every day in the centre!

Highlights of Our Children’s Time at Carreg Lam

And that's it! The children's time at Carreg Lam has come to an end. I would like to thank the children and you as families from the bottom of my heart for your dedication and enthusiasm. We are looking forward to supporting the children over the coming months in their mainstream classes. To start the week there was an opportunity for the children to revisit the theme of the senses and the seasons. The children enjoyed the opportunity to paint the leaves on the trees and describe what happens to the leaves during each season. Using a ball pit the children enjoyed searching for odd and even numbers. On their last day, the children created a book that celebrates their linguistic achievements and there was also the opportunity to design an interesting animal. All the children had great fun.

There have been many highlights since the children started with us in September. Favourite memory of Mrs. Soper was that it was great to see the excitement of the children on each trip and to understand that the language can bridge beyond the walls of Carreg Lam. Miss Stokes' favourite memory was meeting new children and seeing the children's confidence develop when using the language.

Lailah - My favourite memory is Welsh Water because I looked for animals in the water.

Frenchiee - My favourite memory theme was animals in Wales because I learned about different animals.

Scarlett - My favourite memory is Welsh Water because I learned about new animals.

Dominykas - My favourite memory was meeting new people and making new friends

Daisy - My favourite memory is learning about The Laundrette theme because I saw Beti Bwt washing clothes.

Theo - My favourite memory is the park because I went on the swing.

Ethan - My favourite memory is learning about the doctor's surgery because the nurse helps.

Ivor - My favourite memory is going to the café because I drank hot chocolate.

Jago - My favourite memory is when I tasted chocolate, marshmallows, and sweets.

Cali - My favourite memory is the café because I tasted hot chocolate with marshmallows.

Tiana - My favourite memory is the park because I went on the swing.
